\n\n\n New graduates will undergo a two-week training at the Osaka headquarters after joining the company. This period is designed to deepen their understanding of the company and learn about business etiquette. After that, the content will vary depending on the job type, but they will learn the flow from development to sales through hands-on experience in the development, manufacturing, and sales departments. After the assignment, they will receive department-specific training to acquire specialized knowledge and skills.
