The assigned department is decided based on individual preferences and aptitude (some job types may have limited workplace options). For mid-career recruits, hiring is organized by department, and the initial assignment will be as specified in the job posting. This period is designed to deepen their understanding of the company and learn about business etiquette. After that, the content will vary depending on the job type, but they will learn the flow from development to sales through hands-on experience in the development, manufacturing, and sales departments. However, we are receiving a lot of demand and are focusing on the development and sales of products for international markets.
