The GS1 data bar recognition ensures reliable filling operations. It is equipped with a new concept revolver unit that enables you to print medicine packages based on the actual data that was actually dispensed, rather than the data that is scheduled to be dispensed.

Box dispenser
The payout speed and filling speed are important. 6 kinds of chemicals can be filled at one time, and up to 120 boxes can be filled at one time. The filling speed is 3,000 boxes per hour, which is faster than the dispensing speed. This is a technique to prevent out-of-stock items that tend to occur due to the large number of prescriptions. Regarding installation, there are many cases where large-scale work such as ceiling work is required, but YUYAMA products are compact and easy to install.

Blister pack
From the tablet cassette for each drug, a total of 28 doses for one week, converted into 4 minutes, will be automatically dispensed in about 1 minute per pack. It is useful not only for eliminating the trouble of manual distribution work but also for preventing human error. You can stack up to three empty pack sheets, so you can reduce the time and effort required to set each one. If the prescription exceeds one week, it will be paid out in multiple packs.
