Corredi is a final inspection support machine that streamlines the verification and audit process for picked medications. Simply place the tray with the medications into the device—Corredi automatically identifies each item using its built-in camera and GS1 DataBar recognition, verifying both the type and quantity (by weight). It also captures high-resolution images to ensure clear and reliable documentation for traceability.

Four selectable auditing modes are available, combining batch or individual verification with optional weight-based checking. For example, during busy periods where a single operator handles inspections, the ‘individual verification with weight check’ mode ensures greater accuracy. On the other hand, when only the correctness of the medications needs to be verified, a mode without weight checking can be selected. These flexible options allow users to choose the most appropriate mode based on their operational needs.

The tray used inside the Corredi device is not a specialized one; any A4-sized tray available on-site can be used directly. Simply affix an AR marker label to the tray to pre-register its weight, making it ready for use. There is no need to transfer medications before or after the verification, which helps streamline operations and reduce the risk of errors.
