In-House System Q&A

How is the workplace determined?

Since we hire new graduates by job type, the workplace (assigned department) will be determined after joining the company. The assigned department is decided based on individual preferences and aptitude (some job types may have limited workplace options). For mid-career recruits, hiring is organized by department, and the initial assignment will be as specified in the job posting. Additionally, after joining, you can choose from different career paths (nationwide transfers, transfers within a specific region, or no transfers) and work flexibly according to your career plans and life events.
*Wages will vary depending on the selected career path.

What is the training program for new employees?

New graduates will undergo a two-week training at the Osaka headquarters after joining the company. This period is designed to deepen their understanding of the company and learn about business etiquette. After that, the content will vary depending on the job type, but they will learn the flow from development to sales through hands-on experience in the development, manufacturing, and sales departments. After the assignment, they will receive department-specific training to acquire specialized knowledge and skills.
Mid-career employees will undergo practical training mainly through OJT, in addition to a four-day introductory training program and safety driving courses as needed.

What is your company’s dormitory and housing system?

For new graduates, it is possible to sign a contract for company dormitories or housing based on company regulations at the time of joining the company.
For mid-career employees, there is no system in place at the time of joining, but if there is a temporary change in the workplace for training purposes, the company will arrange accommodation such as a hotel. Additionally, if it is determined after joining that commuting from the employee’s home is not feasible due to a company transfer, the company will provide housing in accordance with the regulations.

What is the outlook for your company’s overseas business?

Currently, overseas business accounts for about 10% of the company’s total sales. However, we are receiving a lot of demand and are focusing on the development and sales of products for international markets. Therefore, we have opportunities for those who wish to make use of their foreign language skills or are interested in overseas business to thrive in our company.

How do you usually commute from the nearest station to the Osaka head office?

Several company buses operate from the nearest stations, Hankyu Shonai Station and Sonoda Station, to match the working hours, and many employees use them. Commuting by private car, motorcycle, or bicycle is also possible.
*Please note that commuting by private car is subject to parking availability.

Is it possible to take maternity and parental leave?

In addition to the regulations stipulated by law, we have also established unique systems specific to our company. The number of male employees taking parental leave is also on the rise, not just female employees. Additionally, our Osaka headquarters has an on-site daycare, making it possible to balance work and childcare.
