DOCOAS is a system that registers the medication schedule by reading the 2D code on the medication package and verifies the resident’s photo at the time of delivery.
DOCOAS assists in medication delivery by preventing medication delivery errors, timing errors, and forgetting to deliver medications.

It also has a function that sounds an alarm to notify the operator if the medication has not been distributed at the prescribed time, a function to avoid errors when taking the medication by entering the resident’s outing or overnight schedule, and a function to register pictures of symptoms in the event of side effects.

DOCOAS terminals can be used to manage residents’ medication histories, further enhancing collaboration with facilities. When pharmacies visit or contact facilities, they can easily check on the terminal when and if the medication was taken and the side effects of the medication, making it easier to collect information on residents.
