A Tablet Dispensing Machine that Revolutionizes the Norm
A single PROUD-iⅡdispenser delivers the combined performance of a tablet packaging machine and a packed-tablet inspection machine. The dispensed tablets are received on a dedicated shallow dish apparatus and photographed directly from the top and bottom by built-in cameras, providing clear and accurate images of each tablet.
Imprint Recognition with Over 95% Accuracy
The built-in high-performance camera photographs each tablet directly before packaging, analyzing imprints, color tone, shape, and diameter. The results are displayed on an easy-to-read inspection screen, reducing the workload on staff. Even when tablets have dark coloring or faint imprints that are hard to identify, the system can enhance and highlight imprints and characters on screen, supporting accurate and efficient inspections.

PROUD-iⅡ is equipped with variable cassettes (VC) and universal cassettes (UC) as standard features.It eliminates manual tablet dispensing, thereby reducing manual workload and preventing errors caused by human handling.
