Manual dose dispensing with a variable three- or four-row system. The movement of the lower dispensing apparatus is automatically controlled (e.g. for three-tablet per day or four-tablet per day doses), in accordance with the opening and closing of the lid at the back of the feeder, to match the dispensing applications. This innovative feature facilitates smoother and faster operations with a maximum of 28 tablets for each dispense (one time).
