Features
Automatic Drug Identification Check of Divided Tablets
TabSight-S automatically identifies drugs based on three factors: quantity, shape, and color tone, using image capturing via sophisticated camera and image recognition technology. It also checks for foreign substances such as aluminum foil on PTP sheets, bringing peace of mind and comfort to the inspection process.
High-speed Checks that do not Interrupt Dispensing Operations
Capable of high-speed collation at approximately 1 second per package.
The use of an automatic winder (sold separately), which is useful for mass screening of long-term prescriptions, improves operational efficiency by automatically taking up the packaged medicines from Yuyama’s tablet packaging machine and inserting them directly into TabSight-S.
Supports Remote Inspection
A separate monitor besides TabSight-S’s main unit can be used to perform post-photographic examination of tablets. After passing one package after another through the main unit, the contents of the verification can be called up via the bar code of the package at another location for remote inspection.
