Allows you to issue queue tickets from the Y’s Vision main monitor, even for patients who send in prescriptions via an app or fax without coming into the pharmacy. The system will issue two queue tickets: a ticket for the pharmacists and a copy for the patient, and allows you to register “refill prescriptions,” “locker pick-ups,” and other management options.
