YUNiCOM-zero is an advanced dispensing support system for insurance pharmacies, developed as the next evolution of YUNiCOM-DSx. Installed at the pharmacy counter, it enables the review, formulation design, and preparation instructions for prescriptions based on data received from the medical billing system. This workflow significantly reduces—and in some cases eliminates—the need for pharmacists to operate devices in the dispensing room.

YUNiCOM-zero processes internal protocols and formulation designs in the cloud, distributing prescription data to each dispensing device. Through YUNiCOM-zero’s connection with pharmacies, YUYAMA enables remote configuration changes and troubleshooting. Additionally, master data updates can be automatically delivered to all connected devices.

YUNiCOM-zero is equipped with a lot management function that enables centralized searching of lot information managed by each dispensing device.
