YQMS (YUYAMA QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)

Yuyama has a law (YQMS)^*1that meets the needs of our customers.

*1 With YQMS, the SS department assigns an operation manager in each district to manage the person in charge of the site, and will definitely provide the same level of quality throughout the country with specifications according to each individual user situation. It is a system unique to YUYAMA.

SE enters from the start

System construction begins as soon as our salesperson receives the order for the system.
As a result, we will minimize the deviation of system specifications after receiving an order, and at the same time, realize specifications construction that truly supports the customer's requests and circumstances with technical support.
Also, in order to prevent variations in terms of response and skills depending on the SE in charge of each region, we are utilizing the hearing sheet that we have built up based on the know-how we have accumulated over the past thousands of system construction results.

Conducting in-process DR (design review)

A DR (design review) is conducted within SS^*2 not only after solidifying the system specifications, but also during the process of packing the specifications up to that point.
At the time when discrepancies are likely to occur between the customer and us due to the system construction, the senior management SE job by region is always checked, not just the SE in charge. Based on the hearing sheet we have acquired, we have established a system for conducting a systematic inspection that is obvious to anyone.
On the one hand, it is foolish to do business based on established rules, which creates trust.

After checking as a system professional whether or not the specifications really match the operation of the customer's facility, the formulated specifications are exactly as they are, without causing any inconvenience without waste, and progress is made on time. The system personnel will confirm the work is proceeding with 7 design reviews.
