• Open Hospital 2018 by Toyonaka Municipal Hospital

  Continuing from last year, we participated in the Open Hospital 2018 event hosted by Toyonaka Municipal Hospital.
  
  In this event, Toyonaka Municipal Hospital introduces hospital facilities, medical staffs and functions that are invisible to the public to raise awareness of hospitals that provide reliable medical care to protect the health of all residents.
  
  During the event, they had numerous simulation experiences and exhibits, and introduced hospital facilities, medical staffs and functions that are usually invisible to the public.

• Open Hospital 2017 by Toyonaka Municipal Hospital

  We participated in the Open Hospital 2017 event hosted by Toyonaka Municipal Hospital.
  During this event, Toyonaka Municipal Hospital introduces hospital facilities, medical staffs and functions that are usually invisible to the public, and offers simulation experience with dispensing, cardiac catheter, and holds hospital concerts, etc.

• Activities to Raise Public Awareness

  We’ve conducted the following initiatives to raise the public awareness of our daily environmental activities and our company’s name.
  ● Offered factory tours and dispensing experience to employees’ family (those at or above elementary school level).
  ● Participated in forest conservation activities sponsored by local forest associations.

  Provision of Goods to Local Community

  As a new way of contributing to the local community, we’ve been providing goods via the following methods.
  ● We provide paper tubes and high-quality paper and excess paper that are unused due to changes in specification to nursery schools, kindergartens, elementary schools, and shrine events.

  Cleaning the Neighborhoods Surrounding the Factory

  We have been cleaning the neighborhoods surrounding the factory six times a year.We also participate in the cleaning project sponsored by the industrial association, and are working on cleaning the industrial park as a member of the area.

  Activities to Promote the Greens

  To further cultivate, energize and grow the cherry blossom trees on the premises of the Okayama Plant, we’ve sprayed inspect/pest repellents and fertilizers, maintained water sprinklers and mowed the grasses six times a year.We will continue to promote our green initiative.

  Hands-on Learning for Neighborhood Children

  We've been enhancing our community partnership by collaborating and participating in the hands-on occupational learning program of nearby middle school, and accepting the visits of children.
