Single-Packed-Tablet Sorting Machin
TABSORT+

An Industry First Device Aimed at Alleviating the Stress of Tablet Sorting

Features

Automatic Sorting of Returned Drugs from Hospital Wards

When opened single packaged tablets that have been returned from hospital wards are put into TABSORT+’s special tray, each tablet is photographed and automatically sorted by checking its identification code, shape, outer dimensions, and color tone. This reduces tablet sorting time, sorting errors, and waste loss.

Utilizes Yuyama’s Unique Mechanism to Avoid Mistaken Returns

YUYAMA’s tablet sorting machine utilizes a system that checks the drug information recorded on the sorting cup’s RFID chip to ensure that table cassettes can be filled. In addition to preventing the incorrect return of tablets, data on the number of tablets can be registered automatically.

Separates Packages Even After Sorting

A dispensing mechanism can be attached to the lower part of the main unit in order to dispense sorted drugs. Drugs without tablet cassettes can be returned directly to the tablet rack for storage. Sorting can continue even if the medicine type exceeds 40 sorting cups.
