Notice of the Conclusion of Agreement to Promote Disaster-Supporting Collaboration between Osaka Pharmaceutical Association (General Incorporated Association) & YUYAMA CO., LTD.
On August 6, 2018, Yuyama and Osaka Pharmaceutical Association had signed an agreement regarding the use of "disaster dispensing vehicle.”
During a disaster, Yuyama will loan out for free our trucks that are usually loaded with our products, and used for the technical training of our employees nationwide. Osaka Pharmaceutical Association will use these trucks to deliver medical supplies to the disaster sites. We expect the association to unload the medical supplies and dispensers out of the vehicle, and dispense medicine near first-aid stations at shelters, etc.On the Day of the Event
As a general rule when dispatching our trucks to disaster sites as a disaster dispenser vehicle, we will first load small packagers and workbenches only, drive it to Osaka Pharmaceutical Association, and then load the medical supplies and lightweight medicine shelves. The association will drive the truck to the disaster site. For special circumstances such as if trucks are being used for training near a disaster site, we plan on discussing with each other on how to utilize the trucks accordingly.
